The National Account Manager for Audio Visual Material will be responsible for developing and managing high-value client relationships, driving national sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. This role focuses on the AV industry and includes managing relationships with, corporate clients, resellers, or integrators who utilise AV products, such as screens, projectors, LED, and digital displays. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AV solutions, a strong track record of account management, and the ability to develop strategies that align with the organisation’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide AV solutions that align with their business goals and enhance their service offerings.

• Identify and address any potential issues or challenges with accounts, working proactively to resolve concerns.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets and market share for AV products and services.

• Identify opportunities for account expansion, including cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new product lines that meet clients’ AV needs.

• Analyse and forecast sales performance, providing insights on trends, key drivers, and areas for improvement to senior management.

Market Analysis & Business Development

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands to drive innovative solutions for clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV industry.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery, installation, and support for clients.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on deliverables.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and alignment of expectations and objectives.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status, sales performance, and business development opportunities for senior leadership.

• Track key metrics related to client satisfaction, revenue growth, and sales pipeline to assess performance against targets.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and budget planning for national accounts

Key Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management or sales, with proven experience managing national accounts in the AV industry or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Deep understanding of audio-visual products, services, and industry standards.

• Strong business acumen with an ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and reporting tools.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
