With the new Ofsted regulations that have been implemented we are focusing on quality rather than quantity, however with the right service manager we have great ambitions to grow. We currently have one supported living provision for 16-17 year old’s, therefore this has huge potential.

In this pivotal role, you`ll oversee multiple supported living sites, driving excellence in support delivery, staff development, and operational efficiency. Your innovative approach and strategic vision will ensure our services consistently exceed regulatory standards while enriching the lives of those you support.

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Have experience in supporting Young people.

* Have experience with complex needs and Positive Behaviour Plans

* Have good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be successful in this role

* Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for young people (or an acceptable equivalent), OR can achieve this within 18 months of appointment
