Salary: £25,000

Working Hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm

- Friday: 8.30am to 4.15pm

Contract Type: Permanent, Office-Based, Full Time

As a Sales Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a small and friendly team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Sales Office. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with quotations, processing orders, as well as supporting the external sales team with account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the product range
Provide support and assistance to the sales team
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
Follow up with customers after marketing campaigns
Introduce new products to existing customersQualified candidates should possess:

Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experience with Sage and SalesForce is a distinct advantageThe ideal candidate will be proactive and self-disciplined, with strong communication and presentation skills. They should thrive in a diverse and challenging commercial environment, demonstrating tenacity and a determination to achieve results. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (with 1 hour for lunch) and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm (with ½ hour for lunch). The holiday entitlement is 22 days, with an additional day for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days.
