Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent Manager benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Supernumerary hours

This luxurious, spacious home caters to the elderly with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and physical challenges. Boasting a GOOD CQC rating, it is recognised for its supportive senior management team and prioritises the well-being and growth of both staff and residents. This medium-sized home is part of a leading mental health care provider established in the 2000s, with multiple facilities across the UK and ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and supervise daily operations of the home
* Provide clinical governance
* Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and NMC code of conduct
* Motivate and train staff
* Manage budgets and conduct audits
Requirements:
* Active NMC Pin
* Experience in nursing home management
* Mental health experience (preferred)
