**Job Title:** Care Home Director
**Location:** Bedfordshire/ Hertfordshire Region
**Salary:** £75,000 - £105,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Registered Manager. As a Care Home Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Solo Children's Home or a home for up to two children, aged 11-17 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the home in a way that is aspirational, inspiring both children and young people and the staff who work there.
- Develop and implement effective care and placement plans that meet the needs of each child or young person.
- Ensure full implementation of statutory and organisational policies and procedures.
- Manage services, including staff management and supervision, communications, report writing and monitoring quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience working with children in the last 5 years and at least 1 year at senior level.
- Supervision or management experience.
- Working with children, young people and their families.
- Inter-agency work.
