Our facility is a brand new 4-bedded residential home nestled in a picturesque countryside village, providing care and support for vulnerable children and young people aged between 8-17 years with complex needs.

We are currently seeking individuals with experience in children's residential settings who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and are dedicated to working in a therapeutic and nurturing nighttime setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of care workers during the nighttime hours, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for the children and young people in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and managing the team's performance.
- Creating and implementing care plans
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Building positive relationships with the children
- Safeguarding and supporting the well-being of the residents.
- Organising and facilitating nighttime activities

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in children's services or related fields is essential
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role

**Salary**: £14.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)
- Support Environment: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
