WORKSHOP CONTROLLER - PRESTON AREA
We are looking for a superstar Workshop Controller for our client's space age, state of the art, all singing, all dancing workshop in the Preston area. Dealerships don't come any better than this, a stunning setting
Package is strong, with a basic of £35,500, an OTE of £45,000, a company car and additional benefits.
With that in mind, we want to talk to the BEST Workshop Controllers in the area. Ideally you will have premium brand (preferred, but not essential) experience but more importantly, BIG TEAM supervisory experience. This workshop houses many technicians, so if you're used to looking after 3 or 4 technicians, this isn't the role for you.
Our client has a 1st class reputation, and offer realistic career pathways which is proven over time by looking at the managers across the group. The majority, being developed into their roles after many years with the company.
