Job Title: Team Leading Assessor
Location: Home/Field based
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (Depending on experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading at Level 3 via a blended learning approach.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.Criteria:
Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading at Level 3.
Must hold strong Team Leading competency.
Must be flexible with travel as required.
Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.Please note:
