KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Assessor to join their team. As a specialist recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors, they have a new opportunity for a Health and Social Care Assessor and are able to consider both qualified and unqualified Assessors with care management experience within an Elderly care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care up to Level 5. Key responsibilities include delivering training and support to learners with Functional Skills, managing their diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted, and organizing and maintaining documentation on learners' progress. The ideal candidate will have solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Care Manager or Deputy Manager level, hold their own Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 as a minimum, and have a good level of ICT skills. They will also be confident to deliver Functional Skills and have a full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. The role offers an excellent benefits package, pension, expenses, and much more.
