Passionate Early Years Practitioner Needed

We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join an exceptional EYFS team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a thriving, inclusive school known for its commitment to individualised learning and high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere that supports the wellbeing and learning of young children.
Encourage children's educational growth through play, teaching, and creative activities.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual journey.
Assist in developing children's literacy, language, and numeracy skills.
Monitor developmental progress and plan age-appropriate activities.
Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external professionals.
Adhere to and promote nursery policies, providing guidance to fellow team members.

Requirements:

Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent.
Skills: Ability to create a stimulating and secure environment, with a strong focus on children's safety and developmental progress.
Experience: Previous experience in a nursery setting is preferred, with a passion for fostering young children's growth.
