Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAPAbout the Role:
The successful candidate will provide tailored support to a KS1 pupil, helping them navigate their educational and social development. The role requires a patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to implement strategies that promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours, preferably in a school setting.
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and provide consistent situations.
The ability to set clear boundaries and implement behaviour management strategies effectively.
A team player who can collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to provide holistic support for the child.What We Offer:
