Tradewind Recruitment are working with a SEND school in Liverpool to find a Behaviour Support Assistant who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEND.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide pastoral support to students,
- Assist the teacher with the development and implementation of Educational Health Care Plans.
- Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model.
- Support children on a 1:1 or small group basis,
- Work collaboratively with support staff, teachers, SENCO's and external agencies.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in any capacity.
- Knowledge of different types of SEND.
- 2 employment or education references.
