Role Overview:
As a Waking Night Support Worker in our Semi-Independent Supported Accommodation Home, you will provide vital support to children and young people during nighttime hours. Your role will involve ensuring their safety, offering emotional support, and fostering a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safeguarding young people and ensuring their safety overnight.
Building trusting relationships and providing emotional support.
Supporting young people in developing independence and life skills.
Maintaining accurate records of events and care provided during shifts.Requirements:
Qualifications in Social Work, Youth Justice, or Criminal Justice
Experience in high-risk settings and working with mental health needs.Benefits:
