As the Buyer, You Will:

Inspire and Develop Talent: Mentor a team of BAA's, AB's, and Junior Buyers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth that aligns with our mission.

Engage Globally: Conduct meaningful supplier visits in Europe and the Far East, forging partnerships that reflect our commitment to quality and ethics.
Lead with Purpose: Facilitate strategic meetings, utilizing your insights to drive the creation of responsible, trend-forward product assortments.Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Harness Insights: Analyze lessons learned to guide future collections, effectively communicating best and worst indicators to inform strategy.
Create Thoughtful Ranges: Curate commercial offerings that blend historical data with fresh, innovative ideas, ensuring each piece resonates with our values.

Cultivate Supplier Relationships: Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing suppliers while onboarding new ones who align with our ethos.
