Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead and develop the channel team in driving volume, value, and market share growth across a portfolio of national account customers, with a strategic focus on key brands and long-term sales drivers. This will involve optimizing account performance, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring the execution of initiatives that support sustained business growth.

- 2+ years’ experience as a Channel Controller (Grocery or Wholesale & Convenience)
- Sales strategy and strategic business management 
- Strong commercial awareness and customer relationships 
- Ability to forecast 
- Strong key stakeholder and performance management skills
