What's involved?

Lead and inspire a dedicated restaurant team as an accomplished General Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Independently manage and optimise restaurant performance, with expertise in new restaurant openings, including recruiting and team development.
Oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and demonstrate strong financial and cost-management skills.
Collaborate with Operations leadership on P&L reviews and strategy for process improvement.
Work with HR to implement company policies, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Prioritise Health and Safety compliance through rigorous protocols and regular inspections.Sound like the role for you?
