Role Details: We’re looking for a PA to Group Chief Risk Officer & Chief Actuary - FTC Maternity Cover 7 Months.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide effective PA support to the Group Chief Risk Officer & Chief Actuary, ensuring timely information and reports.
  • Manage the PAs for the Senior Management team within Risk & Actuarial.
  • Handle diary management, coordinating both business and private schedules to avoid clashes.
  • Greet and liaise with clients and service providers.
  • Prepare and issue meeting notes, minutes, reports, and other correspondence promptly.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Manage travel itineraries and prepare presentations for internal and external use.
  • Provide cover for other senior team members when needed.
  • Organise corporate events, coordinating diaries, sending invitations, and preparing event information such as schedules and agendas.
  • Sourcing management information from various departments and supporting projects as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and manage any underperformance according to the Group’s policies.
