Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Actuarial Support Officer to provide effective administrative support to the Group Chief Risk Officer & Chief Actuary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating business and private schedules, greeting clients and service providers, preparing meeting notes, minutes, reports, and other correspondence. They will also maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems, manage travel itineraries, prepare presentations for internal and external use, and provide cover for other senior team members when needed.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Provide effective PA support to the Group Chief Risk Officer & Chief Actuary.
  2. Manage the PAs for the Senior Management team within Risk & Actuarial.
  3. Handle diary management, coordinating both business and private schedules to avoid clashes.
  4. Greet and liaise with clients and service providers.
  5. Prepare and issue meeting notes, minutes, reports, and other correspondence promptly.
  6. Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
  7. Manage travel itineraries and prepare presentations for internal and external use.
  8. Provide cover for other senior team members when needed.
