This role suits candidates from a construction delivery background and have been hands-on leading large-scale complex projects from start to finish. Tenure matters to our client, so preference will be given to candidates who have a track record of seeing projects through their entire lifecycle.
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership : Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of all project phases, from conception to completion.
- Project Management : Oversee large-scale project management activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and partners, to drive project success.
- Operational Excellence : Implement best practices in project delivery, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Team Development : Build and lead a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Innovation : Drive innovative approaches to project delivery, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience : Minimum of 25 years of experience in executive delivery roles within large-scale, complex construction and real estate projects.
- Leadership : Proven track record of leading large and diverse teams and managing multifaceted projects in dynamic environments.
- Expertise : Deep understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and operational best practices.
- Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Education : An advanced degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. MBA will be considered an asset.
