Job Description

We are working with a professional services firm (PM/QS) to recruit a chartered Building Surveyor at roughly Associate Director level.


On offer is a fantastic bonus structure based on recognition which is generally in the region of between 10% and 30%. This is accompanied by a truly top-end salary of up to £100k and one that is genuinely above industry averages. It is understood that the best people in the market are likely to be well looked after, but we are very confident that for the right individual, we can create an enticing package that works for all parties.


The company currently turnover in the region of £15m, offering quantity surveying and project management services to sectors such as BTR, Co-Living, PBSA, Industrial & Logistics and some prime, CAT-A fit-out in central London. Project sizes are generally between £25m and £40 million on D&B contracts, but there are also other projects that are up towards the £100m mark. Clients are typically institutional funds with relationships either through the fund or the developer.


We're looking for a chartered (MRICS) candidate with good all-round experience, delivering on professional work – dilapidations, LTA’s, TDD’s, PPMs and project work – CA/ EA/ PM. Sectors will predominantly be in industrial & logistics, office, retail, commercial and residential.


If you wish to work predominantly in one area, this won't be the job for you, but if you want something with variety and getting involved in some interesting projects with fantastic clients and an eclectic mix of characters, this could be worth exploring.
