Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for an experienced consumer PR Associate Director for an award-winning PR agency that prides itself on delivering exceptional results for our clients. With a reputation for creativity, strategic thinking, and unparalleled client service, we are seeking a talented and experienced PR professional to join their team as the Associate Director in our Manchester office.
- As the PR Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic communication plans for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your leadership will drive our teams to deliver outstanding results, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the agency's continued success. This role is ideal for a seasoned PR professional with a passion for creativity, strategic thinking, and team management. This is a flexible role to include home working, but you will need to be in commuting distance of Manchester for work in the office a couple of days each week. My client are looking for the right individual and are willing to offer the right flexibility outside the Northwest.**Key Responsibilities of the PR Associate Director**:

- Lead and inspire a team of PR professionals to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
- Develop and implement innovative PR strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic counsel.
- Oversee the execution of media relations, events, and social media initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance client visibility.

**Requirements of the PR Associate Director**:

- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns that align with clients' business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into client strategies.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, press releases, and media materials.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the agency's overall growth and success.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
