We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a one-year fixed-term contract. If you are passionate about delivering memorable events, this role offers the opportunity to coordinate a series of highly successful and well-loved special events across the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate all aspects of event management from initial planning to post-event evaluation, ensuring smooth execution and memorable guest experiences.
- On-Site Management: Oversee event set-up and operations, troubleshooting any issues on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Organisation: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends and travel to event locations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all health, safety, and legal guidelines are adhered to during event planning and execution.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in coordinating successful events .

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with suppliers, venues, and managing logistics
