We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at Jospehine Bouchon, renowned for its traditional Lyonnaise cuisine and exceptional service in the heart of Fulham. In this pivotal role, you will support the management team in delivering a flawless dining experience while maintaining our high standards of excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Support:** Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to established protocols.
- **Staff Management:** Help recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
- **Guest Relations:** Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- **Financial Management:** Monitor and assist in controlling operational costs, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- **Quality Assurance:** Ensure service standards are met consistently, conducting regular inspections and providing feedback to the team.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the kitchen team to facilitate effective communication and ensure a harmonious front-of-house and back-of-house operation.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within similar and/or fast-paced establishment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
