Network HR have been appointed to support with a search for an Interim Employee Relations specialist to lead globally for an excellent Financial Services firm based in London. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience with a commercial and pragmatic approach to complex, yet sensitive case management.

The business are going through significant change and transformation, so the ideal candidate will have experience of supporting employee relations from cradle to grave. You will be able to guide and influence the business and eliminate any risk from decisions being made.

You will also drive resolution of matters including disciplinaries, grievances, employee consultation process, TUPE, mediation process etc. This appointment will play an integral part in the global HR leadership team and will take a lead on coaching and advising business heads and stakeholders on effective intervention & remediation for complex cases.



What experience will you need:

  • Financial services experience is mandatory
  • International ER experience will be highly desirable
  • Internal ER expertise
  • Sound decision making and demonstrable experience of pragmatic decision making
  • Experience of working closely with HR Business Partners and Senior leadership team
  • An ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level
