Job Description

An excellent CFO opportunity based in the North West


Chief Financial Officer - fast growth services business

Base salary up to £140,000 plus bonus plus LTIP plus benefits


Delkia is a specialist provider of engineering services operating throughout the UK and Internationally for mission critical and highly regulated sectors, with a focus on Aerospace, Clean energy and Maritime sectors.


Having doubled in size for each of the last four years, they have ambitious further growth plans to reach £50m by 2028.


As they enter this important next growth phase, they are looking to appoint a CFO to the board.


Our ideal candidate will be an experienced CFO who has knowledge and understanding of a business that provides services as opposed to product. This could be mechanical or electrical engineering services, professional services or other outsourced white or blue-collar services.


EXPERIENCE OF THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE

This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Delkia who aim to become market leader in the sectors they serve. The CFO will be a key member of the board and will help shape and guide the strategic direction of the business in the coming years.


The role is a hybrid role based out of the office in Preston. Ideally, you will be based within a reasonable commuting distance of that location.
