Job Description

Telesales Executive - Loughborough - £32,000 per year + Commission


We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our client’s dynamic team in Leicestershire. In this role, you will drive sales of feed solutions, palletized products, and other agricultural offerings through telephone-based sales.


Role:

  • Drive sales of palletized products and the full range of feed solutions through telephone-based sales.
  • Collaborate closely with field-based account managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business within assigned territories.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for various product categories, including straights, blends, seeds, additives, and calf milk replacer.
  • Advise farmers on product selection, ensuring optimal solutions for their livestock operations.
  • Execute sales campaigns in coordination with Product Managers to maximize sales growth.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system (C4C).
  • Hybrid role 3 days in the office per week

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector or animal feed industry.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with strong sales and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and customer focus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems; C4C experience is essential.
  • "Go to market" attitude with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Higher education level preferred (Degree, BTEC, etc.).
