We are offering a new opportunity to join a market leading Contact Centre in Prestwold, Loughborough.

Outbound Telesales Agents, Telesales Executives, or Call Centre Sales Agents are required to assist the Contact Centre Outbound Team, calling new & old customers on the telephone, to sell & book tailored driving experiences.

**Salary**:
**OTE £50,000+ pa**

**Key Tasks**:

- Ensure you are able to work at a quick pace whilst ensuring every customer feels like they are receiving the best advice to progress
- To ensure the accuracy and completeness of details you enter into our CRM system for excellent customer experience end to end.

**Experience**:
We require that you will have worked within a Telesales or Customer Service role (on the phone) for a minimum of 1 year

**Must Haves**:

- The ability to articulate well on the phone
- Reasonable ICT skills
- Be driven by commission and personal results
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- You’ll be confident and tenacious
- Ability to communicate with a varied range of people
