Assistant Conference & Banqueting Supervisor – Luxury Hotel - Essex
Salary: Up to £27,000 + Tronc & Service Charge
Location: Essex
I am currently recruiting for a C&B Supervisor to join this luxury hotel set in this historic estate in Essex. My client is looking for a passionate and energetic individual to help deliver the most memorable experience for the guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic hotel with stunning landscape gardens.
About the venue and company
- Historic country estate
- 100 bedrooms, restaurant, event & conference rooms, cocktail bar, garden terrace
About the position
- Support the C&B manager with all activities
- Oversee all conference & banqueting events
- Deliver fantastic service to the guests
- Work closely with all departments
The successful candidate
- Will have previous C&B experience in hotels or events
- A high level of customer service
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Well organised with strong communication skills
