Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Banquet Supervisor to join our team at Corecruitment Ltd. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Conference and Banqueting Manager in all activities, overseeing all conference and banqueting events, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Conference and Banqueting Manager in all activities, including event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Oversee all conference and banqueting events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Work closely with all departments, including front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in conference and banqueting, preferably in a luxury hotel or event management company.
- High level of customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest needs and exceed their expectations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
