The Station House Pub is situated in the heart of Tonbridge and is the go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. The pub boasts a rich heritage dating back decades, offering a unique backdrop for your entrepreneurial vision. The pub has spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas large capacity pub of 300 customers which is broken up with screens for a more intimate feel, offering unparalleled sports viewing in the Tonbridge area. There are opportunities for live entertainment and themed nights, pool and darts are already in situ, as well as an established customer base and loyal following.

Tonbridge is a beautiful classic British village on the river Medway. This idyllic town has a classic rail station and the well-known Tonbridge castle. The pub itself is situated opposite the railway station, meaning the pub benefits from its footfall, and has established daytime trade. The High Street is just up from the pub and is where you will find a collection of bars and restaurants. The Station House is a must-visit for late-night trade.

The ideal Operator is someone who can deliver this business in several ways while always ensuring its success. The Operator will be passionate about creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that is felt throughout the pub, regardless of its large trading size. They will continue to build the daytime customer base keeping the pub at the heart of the community. They will also be passionate about entertainment and late-night trade. With a 2am license on weekends, the operator would come up with fun ways to keep people coming back to the Station House time after time.

The private accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms.
