Senior Sous Chef Ideal Profile:

  • Proven experience at a AA Rosette level, demonstrating a high-calibre of culinary expertise
  • A passion for the culinary arts

  • Natural leadership qualities with a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and nurturing junior team members
  • Ambitious, dedicated, and a consummate team player eager to contribute to their success


Senior Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key leader within the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
  • Oversee the kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring the highest standards of cooking and service are maintained
  • Innovate and develop menus, manage costings, and create weekly specials to continually enhance our culinary offerings
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • Train and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to their exacting standards
