Your Role

Taking huge pride in what you do, your role will involve the delivery and operational management of the IT Infrastructure services within our cloud and on-premise platforms. You’ll ensure all the activities needed to support and maintain the infrastructure including working within the infrastructure roadmap of scheduled product upgrades, patching, technology refreshes, and firmware, or service pack releases.

Along with:

  • Support and continuous improvement of cloud and on-premise hosted IT Infrastructure services, server/storage, network, backup/recovery management, telecommunications and all associated infrastructure.
  • Lead on assigned project work-streams, providing technical support for infrastructure and network implementation and upgrades.
  • Deliver the transition of new or updated services, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements have been met in order to operationally accept the new services into production.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of low-level system designs/plans that ensure new services deliver the desired business outcomes, optimum level of the service and can be supported, maintained in a cost effective and secure way.
  • Provides technical support, training and mentorship to IT colleagues across the business

Qualifications and/or experience specifically related to the following are essential:

  • Windows Server including AD management
  • VMWare
  • Azure Entra
  • Microsoft Office 365 tenant management
  • Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager/ InTune/AutoPilot
  • Microsoft Windows Patching and lifecycle management
  • SQL Server (preferred but not essential)
  • Linux (preferred but not essential)
  • Citrix (preferred but not essential)
