This is a full-time position starting in January and continuing until the end of the academic year.
The Responsibilities of the Key Stage 2 Teacher position, Include:
- Full class teacher responsibilities, including planning and marking.
- Deliver engaging Key Stage 2 (KS2) lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment within the Primary School.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of behaviour management are maintained throughout the classroom.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, ideally with Key Stage 2 students.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Enthusiasm for creating a dynamic learning environment as a Key Stage 2 Teacher.
Working as a Key Stage 2 Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
- £162.31 to £223.63 day rate, equating to £31,650 to £43,607 per annum, based on 5 days a week for a full school year.
- Option of PAYE or Umbrella payment methods.
- Holiday Pay – PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their day rate into a holiday pot.

This Key Stage 2 Teacher position is based in Tipton, which is easily commutable from Dudley, Oldbury, West Bromwich, Bilston, Wolverhampton, and Wednesbury. The school offers excellent public transport links and onsite parking, making it accessible for candidates from across the West Midlands.
