PPA Teacher

Flourish Education are seeking a PPA Teacher to work in a 2-form entry Primary School in Tipton. The school aims to create a happy, stimulating and safe learning environment for both children and adults in the school community.
The school would require a PPA Teacher who is able to support in a variety of classes across the Primary age range during the week. 
The role would be starting after Christmas and continuing until the end of the academic year on a part-time, long-term basis (minimum 3 days per week).

As a PPA Teacher, you will:

Be responsible for delivering work left by the class teachers
Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Early Years, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Support pupils’ progress and achievement while maintaining excellent behaviour management.
Work collaboratively with the Primary School team to contribute to a positive school culture.
Create a supportive and structured environment that enables students to thrive in their learning.

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
Previous experience as a Primary Teacher or Class Teacher, ideally with a range of year group experience.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to cover classes as required. 
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:

£130 - £160 per day, which equates to £25,350 - £31,200 per annum based on a full school year.

This Year 6 Teacher position is based in Tipton, easily commutable from Dudley, West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Oldbury, Smethwick, and Wolverhampton, with excellent public transport and road links. The Primary School offers onsite parking for staff convenience.
