Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location – Northampton

Salary – Competitive depending on experience


Our client is now looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Mortgage sales team in Northampton. The role is hybrid, 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.


This is an exciting opportunity to work for the first nationwide provider of end-to-end debt and property recovery services.


Some of your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to :

  • Verify legal titles to al freehold and leasehold properties and be able to identity title/property issues
  • Have strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
  • Manage a workload effectively
  • Handle difficult telephone conversations
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements


Skills and qualifications:

  • Desirable – Legal qualification or working towards LLB/SQE
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience within Conveyancing or in an Conveyancing environment
  • Be able to work on own initiative
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
