You would be joining a loyal team within a well-established, successful and highly trusted business based in Scotland, they have built up an excellent reputation through providing an exceptional service level. Whilst this is a long-standing business with an impressive history spanning decades, they are certainly not afraid of change, evolving year on year but always holding the farming community at the heart of what they do.
The successful person will have/be:
• A strong level of experience in agronomy, you will need equal technical and commercial acumen. As you may expect from their area of operations, a significant portion of this company's revenue comes from grassland services so it would be highly advantageous to have experience in this area.
• Ideally, team management experience.
• Based or willing to relocate to SW Scotland/Northern England.
• BASIS and FACTS.
In relation to remuneration, the successful person will receive an attractive package in line with your experience.
