Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef

  • Ability to rove between different restaurant locations
  • Creativity and innovation in menu development
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while providing guidance and support to the kitchen team in various locations. You will be pivotal in menu development, ensuring consistent quality and creativity across the company's establishments. As a roving sous chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills across multiple venues, working with a diverse range of ingredients and cuisines. With a competitive salary of 38k, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to take their career to the next level.

In addition to the generous salary, you will also be reimbursed for your travel at 40p per mile. To be considered for this role, you must be able to drive and have your own car.
