Chef de Partie Opportunity Exciting New Opening in Covent Garden

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our third restaurant in the bustling heart of Covent Garden. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team and master the dynamic flavours of Eastern Mediterranean fusion cuisine.


About Us: Our restaurant is celebrated for its aromatic, vibrant, and health-conscious dishes, inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Tel Aviv region. We offer a unique dining experience with a menu that boasts a rich tapestry of flavours and spices.


Chef de Partie Requirements:

  • Experience in running a kitchen section independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proven track record of maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.
  • A deep passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own section, ensuring all dishes are executed to the highest standards.
  • Contribute to the training and development of the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Embrace our commitment to using fresh and vibrant ingredients, enhancing our health-conscious culinary approach.

The successful Chef de Partie will receive:
