What you’ll be doing
You will use your technical expertise to build an understanding of customer challenges and requirements and match them with our client’s solutions. You will create and deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions rapidly and professionally and ensure a first “wow” experience.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Pro-actively engage in the sales cycle
- Meet with customers early in the development cycle
- Define and implement appropriate demonstrations
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
- Support the introduction of new products
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Ghent. Frankfurt or Cambridge and already have the right to work their permanently.
You’ll have 3 years of experience in a customer facing role in a software/networks organisation, preferably within enterprise sized customers as well as 5+ years of technology and industry experience.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical subject
- Knowledge of telecom networks, primarily fiber networks
- A hands-on problem solver
- Fluent English language skills (French, German, or Arabic are also desirable)
- Willing to travel throughout Europe and occasionally to North America, Africa, Middle East & Asia
