Position: Key Account Manager (EMEA)


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with the largest retailers, distributors, integrators, and consultants across the EMEA region . As part of a globally recognised group, you will represent a portfolio of respected audio brands, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring our partners' success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retailers, distributors, integrators, and consultants across the EMEA region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities for sales and product placement within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate forecasting, sales reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Travel within the EMEA region to attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably within the audio, electronics, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA retail and distribution landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
