We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist to lead the development of robust analytical methods for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) at our state-of-the-art laboratory in London, UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive cutting-edge research and contribute to the advancement of oncology treatments.

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical techniques, including mass spectrometry, to characterize ADCs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to advance preclinical ADC assets through early stages of drug discovery.

Your Expertise:

  • BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or Chemistry with strong foundation in Biochemistry.
  • Industry experience in biotech or industry settings.

Competitive Salary and Benefits:

  • £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Annual travel allowance and performance-based bonus.
  • 30 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with additional Christmas shutdown.
