The School is seeking an Admissions Officer with a proven track record in admissions within a school or similar environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's admission function to promote, develop relationships and consolidate interest with prospective parents.
This exciting new role will support the Head of Admissions, Marketing and Communications to drive awareness of the school and meet targets for pupil intake. The Admissions Officer will bring a professional, warm and proactive approach to managing the day-to-day running of the admissions process from initial enquiry through to pupils joining the school, focusing on delivering an exceptional level of service at each stage.
The Admissions Officer will also support the Head of Admissions, Marketing and Communications to implement the marketing plan through traditional and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication and relationship management skills, a keen attention to detail with strong administrative and data management skills, and good IT skills.
The role will involve working Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. in term time, with some occasional working over the holidays to check and respond to emails. The pay has been calculated to include payment for up to two weeks to cover checking of emails over the holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
