Sales Development Associate

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Associate to join our Workshop Recruitment team in Segensworth, Fareham. As a Sales Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing new customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced customer service environment and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
A competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity. Own transport would be ideal due to the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Telesales Manager in leading, planning, and implementing domestic sales growth strategies.
- Take responsibility for a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services.
- Grow and develop new customer base.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Complete an apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-driven approach, focusing on results and critical performance indicators.
- Ability to identify opportunities and proactively put forward ideas and potential solutions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective organisational skills.
- Ability to work co-operatively with others to meet tight deadlines.
Working Hours:
8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
