Job Title: Support Worker - Early Learning & Childcare

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our Early Learning and Childcare team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Teacher in delivering a range of stimulating activities in a safe environment that meet the needs of both children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Teacher in delivering a range of activities that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Work as an effective member of the childcare team to ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Support the development of children's skills and abilities through play-based learning.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.

Requirements:

  • Essential Gaelic language skills.
  • Experience working in early years settings.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Commitment to promoting the well-being and safety of children.
