About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of luxury watch specialists in delivering exceptional client experiences across our UK showrooms.

As Leadership Role in Timepiece Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and mentoring your team, and ensuring that every client interaction meets our high standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural leader with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for luxury timepieces.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
