**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory reporting commitments are delivered effectively.
  • Produce and review daily and periodic reporting requirements for Europe and Asia, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and demonstrate technical expertise in regulatory frameworks and requirements, providing guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of regulatory reporting work streams, ensuring quality control, delivery enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving regulatory reporting processes and ensure compliance with changing regulations.
  • Maintain a central repository of end-to-end processes documentation for all assigned regulatory reporting commitments.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and implement changes.
  • Ability to identify and implement process and procedural changes.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and anticipate business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience in lookups, matching, and pivot table functionality. Experience in PowerBI and/or Tableau is a plus.
