We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Transaction Reporting Business Analyst to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of regulatory requirements and a proven track record in analyzing and interpreting complex data.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and review regulatory reporting requirements, specifically EMIR and SFTR.
- Provide business and data analysis to support and enhance the regulatory reporting function.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documentation.
- Work closely with IT and project teams to design, test, and implement suitable solutions for regulatory reporting.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new procedures and controls in response to new and changing regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and assess their impact on the business.
- Contribute to the development and execution of test plans to ensure the accuracy and completeness of regulatory reports.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a regulatory reporting environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and produce relevant insights.
- Proficiency in SQL is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of other financial regulations and reporting requirements would be an asset.
