We are a leading mobile gaming studio based in the UK, dedicated to creating innovative and engaging games for players worldwide. With a strong focus on Agile development and Scrum methodologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Development Producer to join our team.

The Role

As a Game Development Producer, you will play a vital role in driving the creation of our core technologies and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a key interdisciplinary point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration across diverse teams
  • Supporting the development team in maintaining the project roadmap and breaking down backlog items into sprint-sized deliverables
  • Ensuring the Scrum process is set up for success, with a focus on velocity and sprint capacity
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to drive creation of our core technologies

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in Agile/Scrum Project Management methodologies. You will have:

  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving their objectives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on distilling complex issues into clear and concise presentations
  • Adept problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a strong ability to navigate complex issues
  • A proactive and team-focused approach, with a willingness to adapt to evolving business objectives
