Electrical Engineer Opportunity

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team in Greenhithe, Kent. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Install and test emergency lighting systems
  • Inspect and maintain sprinkler systems
  • Change lamps and perform general building maintenance
  • Work on AHU's, FCU's, and cooling towers
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth building services operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Requirements:
  • 18th Edition certification
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
  • Testing and inspecting 2391 certification
  • Proven experience in building maintenance and electrical services
  • Strong health and safety understanding and client-facing skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering
