About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Quality & HSE Coordinator to support our client's manufacturing operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. The successful candidate will have prior experience in SHEQ, specifically in quality management, and possess a strong understanding of ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality & HSE Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining quality and safety systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Verifying product compliance through regular testing and audits
  • Assisting the business to improve manufacturing standards and reduce risks
  • Providing advice and recommendations to improve quality and safety performance
  • Collaborating with the manufacturing team to promote a positive culture of quality and safety

Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including 22 days annual leave, discretionary bonus, life assurance (2x annual salary), and an employee benefits platform available to family members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Prior experience in SHEQ, specifically in quality management
  • IOSH Managing Safety certification
  • NEBOSH general certification is advantageous
  • Experience working and maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
